atom0s i need help understanding something

i found a ping script on google and i don't think it works

your location is 127.0.0.1 and this is the script i tried:

1. ping 127.0.0.1 -t -l 65500

as you can see it says <1ms for the response time, but i think that's impossible because when i use speedtest.net it says my ping is 7ms...
7ms should be the fastest time for a ping then, right? why does it say <1ms when i ping you?
