RZN FFEVO

Post by omen » Thu Jul 09, 2015 12:35 pm

I know its complete out of topic and probably this never gonna be read by the right people.

With FFevo in the old style being offline there is no forum left to interact.
Neither is RZN showing any effort in keeping ppl informed about his plans and whats going on.

The active GitLab installation at http://delvl.ffevo.net is a good start, but imho a forum would
serve well to the fface/ashita community.

What do you think? Any way to add that to ffevo.net?

Kind regards,
Omen

It has already been discussed by the developers of FFEvo (myself, h1pp0, erad, matix, RZN, and some others) in a private channel on the still active IRC server. (irc.ffevo.net main channel: #fface) So far it is not been decided as it is ultimately up to RZN but most are in favor of a forum returning at some point.

But given that RZN has been extremely busy with his personal life, work, and such he has not been very active lately. We setup the gitlab to get Ashita back online as well as to get the central release spot for FFACE working again too. But as it stands now there is no word yet on if the forum is ever going to return. And if it did all the original data was lost in the hardware failure.
